What is it?
ARK: Survival Evolved is a survival type game with dinosaurs and many features and events. You wake up on an island naked trying to survive the dinosaurs from the Jurassic period. You pick up resources and tame dinosaurs to evolve and be stronger.
Dinosaurs
ARK has many dinosaurs inside the main game and all the new DLCs like Extinction, Aberration, Scorched Earth, Ragnarok, and The Center. ARK: Survival Evolved has over 145 and more!
Kibble
Kibble is really important when taming dinosaurs. You will need it to improve the quality of your dinosaur and level. When your dinosaur is at a higher level, you can get better stats and mutations. Kibble is known to be the best food type for dinosaurs in the time period it takes less time.
Building
Building in ARK is really frustrating inside of PVP because you need to place walls or structures where your hologram shows up green and it places higher. Inside of PVE, you see many creativity builds with the ARK Building System. The building is really important if you need to protect yourself from the elements and to make sure your base is protected you will need Turrets. To make structures you will need to farm these resources: Metal, Wood and Stone. They are used to craft your Walls, Ceilings, Doors, Windows and many more.
Server Types
There are 2 server types in ARK Survival Evolved. The first one is PVP and is very aggressive once you join a server. You start off small but you need to make a shelter to survive since mega tribes will come to destroy you. The easy part of PVP is when a new server comes out and you can build faster. PVE is the second game mode inside ARK, you can build and check out the map without anyone destroying your stuff apart from the environment.
Official Servers
Official Servers are the most annoying thing in ARK. They often get DDOSED and are blocked by Mega Tribes. The lag is also very bad because there are a lot of players on one server about 75 People. And the massive buildings and structures also the Dinosaurs moving makes lag.
Conclusion
ARK Survival Evolved is a great game and we should all play it! It's really fun and entertaining. There are many dinosaurs and things to do in this game. If you like PVP or PVE it doesn't matter you can play the game anyways!
